招牌海南雞飯 ($65)
油飯果然夠香口!
海南雞是南洋的經典菜式,整整半只雞,雞肉雖然不至頂級,但總叫皮爽肉滑,配有黑豉油、薑蓉及辣醬,配上香油飯,據說是有慢工出細貨用4-5人份量嘅電飯煲煮飯,令每粒飯都可以吸收到雞油同斑蘭嘅香味,一食就知和一般大煲製作的不同,難怪如此受歡迎。
I loved the Hainan Chicken meat because it was so smooth, plump, and tender! The silky smooth skin, though coated with a lot of oil, was delicious. You will not regret sinking your teeth into the slices of yummy chicken meat.
Another highlight was the oil rice. It was made with small rice cookers for the family. Every grain of rice fully absorbed the oil and aroma of the pandan, making it super flavourful and fluffy!
The garlicky, sour and chili sauce was great as well. Perfectly matched with the white chicken and yellow rice.
順化碳燒豬肉串 (4串) ($18)
順化炭燒豬串有著豐富油脂的豬肉,外層烤的金黃焦香,經炭烤後逼出油脂,總算不過不失,比較硬,價錢也算相宜。
